Las reglas del juego en el sector editorial han cambiado sustancialmente y \u2014por tanto\u2014 los requisitos para seguir siendo competitivos en este momento.<\/p><p>Con el fin de continuar siendo una <strong>empresa sostenible<\/strong> \u2014y tras la implementaci\u00f3n de un plan de ajustes con medidas para ser m\u00e1s eficientes y \u00e1giles\u2014 iniciamos un ERE que afectar\u00e1, aproximadamente, a un 25-30 % de la plantilla en Espa\u00f1a. Nuestro objetivo es transformarnos en una compa\u00f1\u00eda con procesos diferentes y con una estructura mucho m\u00e1s ligera y enfocada en las nuevas necesidades de la escuela y la educaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Esta decisi\u00f3n la tomamos asegurando la continuidad de todos nuestros productos y el funcionamiento de los servicios que ofrecemos, con el fin de seguir manteni\u00e9ndonos cerca de toda la comunidad educativa.<\/p><p>En SM creemos firmemente en nuestro prop\u00f3sito y en nuestra aportaci\u00f3n a la sociedad.
